Your responsibilities:
Demonstrate knowledge in advanced high-end CAD software Creo/ProE.
Experience in CAD automation, parametric modeling would be an advantage.
Exposure to Product data management (PDM)/ Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tool Windchill.
Be familiar with the design principles, guidelines and applicable standards used within mechanical design of high voltage products.
Knowledge on Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T), Design for Assembly and Manufacturing.
Evaluates, selects, and applies standard techniques and procedures while preparing manufacturing & assembly drawings
Assist in preparing proposal/presentation of engineering projects/programs (provision of bills of materials, estimated engineering hours etc.)
As a part of job, shall effectively interact and coordinate with Product owners, Suppliers & Engineering teams located globally
Is self-motivated to handle deliveries with quality, on time and within budget.
Ensures adherence to safety standards and mitigation of potential risks.

Your background:
B.E. (Mechanical)
5 years of industrial experience.
Experience in design & engineering of electrical products such as transformers, instrument transformers, Bushings.
Working Experience with 3D modelling for complex assembly and production using tools like CREO
Experience in handling projects in PLM/PDM.
Knowledge of various production methods, materials, and standards (ISO, DIN, IS)
Innovative thinking, Cost cut initiatives will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
