Job DescriptionThe Global Cloud Services PgM Team serves the program delivery needs of the engineering and operations orgs within the larger Global Cloud Services organization. The program portfolio includes a broad set of initiatives from cross-functional service delivery, cloud infrastructure lifecycle and delivery, operationalization, process improvement, and portfolio management. Our technical program managers work closely with team and org leadership to surface data, extract technical decisions and drive execution of programs.

What you get to do in this role:
- Collaborate with Global Cloud Services leadership and team members to develop and execute impactful programs that meet the needs of our customers.
- Contribute to the development of solutions that address the scale and complexity driven by AI, working across teams including Capacity Delivery, Cloud Operations, Networking, and Systems Engineering.
- Identify and advocate for improvements in organizational processes, raising challenges and working with teams to implement effective solutions.
- Enhance the program management function by sharing best practices, frameworks, tools, and lessons learned to improve team processes.
- Lead transparent communication about program/portfolio status to key stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of project/program management experience, ideally in a tech-focused role working with cloud infrastructure or operations teams (e.g., Capacity Delivery, Data Center Operations, Hardware Development, Operational Excellence).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Information Systems (CIS), Management Information Systems (MIS), Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Supports scalable solutions: Contributes to scalable solutions that align with the needs of data center and infrastructure engineering teams, with a focus on continuous improvement and driving change within the organization.
- Problem-solving and solution delivery: Shows the ability to identify challenges and collaborate with others to develop effective solutions that meet project objectives and deadlines.
- Influences and aligns teams: Leverages emerging technical knowledge to help guide decision-making and align cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration to meet shared goals.
- Manages small to medium-scale projects: Experience supporting or managing smaller projects within the infrastructure space, coordinating with both technical and tactical teams to ensure success.
- Facilitates effective discussions: Comfortable leading discussions and helping teams balance both immediate needs and long-term strategic goals.
- Knowledge sharing and technical advocacy: Shares technical insights with peers, fostering a learning environment where team members contribute their expertise and build collective knowledge.
- Promotes an inclusive environment: Actively participates in creating an inclusive culture by mentoring peers and advocating for diversity in the workplace.
- Stakeholder and communication management: Demonstrates strong communication skills, effectively managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proficient in project management tools: Familiar with project management tools and software, using them to organize tasks, track progress, and ensure transparency in reporting.
- Preferred certifications: Actively pursuing or interested in earning certifications such as Six Sigma, PMP, Agile, or SAFE, with a commitment to professional development in project management and related fields.
