Are you a JAVA/J2EE Developer with experience helping to establish robust enterprise-wide solutions for Identity and Access Management? Minimum 5 years of Java/J2EE development experience
Experience in development of IAM solutions using Sailpoint IdentityIQ.
Experience with Radiant Logic LDAP/HDAP configuration and development is preferred.
Experience working with technical teams to develop and/or deliver IT services
Proven ability to create elegant, maintainable, testable, and reusable code
Experience working on/alongside IT projects or day-to-day IT operations
Strong work ethic, self-motivated, independent, and works with minimal direction
College degree in related discipline preferred
Curiosity, energy, initiative, and confidence
Ability to work & collaborate effectively in a team environment
Sense of urgency and able to prioritize both day-to-day schedule and hard deliverables
A sense of camaraderie and optimism
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse technology and business stakeholders
Motivated to learn and develop knowledge of new technologies
Ability to adapt to change while continuing to deliver on assigned objectives
Strong verbal and written communication skills

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $116,000 - $174,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program.
