Job Purpose
Coordinate and execute administrative and supportive account, sales and service activities. Handle questions, complaints, and requests from customers, within company policies and procedures, in order to support the unit in realizing commercial objectives and contribute to customer satisfaction.
Qualifiche
Education: Diploma (istituto tecnico commerciale) e/o laurea breve indirizzo Economico/Linguistico
Diploma (commercial technical institute) and/or short degree in Economics/Linguistics
Three years of experience, preferably in the back office sales sector
Knowledge of English language – quite well
Excellent knowledge of the office package
