Job DescriptionThe Department:
This role will help support the team’s project management efforts, assist in managing budget/scope, and organize communications with agency and committee partners. With the investing landscape changing dramatically and quickly, this role will be essential to the Invesco QQQ Marketing Team, an organization responsible for driving sustainable client demand by transforming the way clients engage with the Invesco QQQ ETF. This role will work closely with all members of the Invesco QQQ Marketing Team to support projects as they move through the marketing production process, and help support the team’s internal efficiencies, budgetary reviews, and support all tasks that help meet our business goals of awareness, consideration, and engagement – and ultimately driving revenue for Invesco QQQ.
Your Role:
The Marketer will help support project creation, budget management, and team development of our Invesco QQQ Marketing Team as we drive awareness, consideration, and engagement across our Invesco QQQ Marketing Programs.
You will be responsible for:
Partner with the Invesco QQQ Marketing team to help support development of Invesco QQQ marketing efforts and manage processes and updates across internal groups.
Manage project production to help deliver successful campaigns in a timely manner, ensuring all processes have been followed and reviewed appropriately
Support the gathering and organization of budget inputs from our in-house teams to assist in the management of budget spend and project scope
Help the team bring new ideas to life by helping Invesco QQQ Marketing team’s projects, gaining exposure to marketing briefs, content creation, approval processes, and learning our analytics and insights gathering process that helps drive our strategy
Must exude the passion for efficiency, thrive in a dynamic environment, and possess an enthusiastic willingness to roll up their sleeves to positively our marketing efforts and budget management
Assist Invesco QQQ marketing team with other projects and assignments as required
The experience you bring:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications or related field is preferred.
0-3 years of work experience in a Marketing Agency, Communications, or digital brand related role
Knowledge of financial services preferred
Interest in and experience in driving processes, understanding budgets, and managing project scope
Enthusiastic self-starter thrives in fast-paced environment with track record of mobilizing teams in the face of ambiguity and time pressure
Passionate about project management
Good organizational and time-management skills
Prior experience in budget and asset management, utilizing tools such as Aprimo
Prior experience in project management, utilizing project management tools such as Jira, Airtable, or Asana
Experience leading project meetings and communicating with large groups
The total compensation offered for this position, which includes salary and incentive pay, will vary based on skills, experience and location. The salary range for this position in New York City is $60,000 to $75,000 annually.
