DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive BD Products in Collaboration with Sales Teams:
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to understand market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Develop strategies to drive BD product sales and achieve assigned AOP targets in the region.
- Provide support and guidance to sales teams in positioning and selling BD products effectively.
- Design and Execute Sales and Marketing Plan for BD Products:
- Develop comprehensive sales and marketing plans for BD products, aligned with overall business objectives.
- Identify key target markets, segments, and customer personas for BD products.
- Execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, events, and promotions, to generate leads and drive sales.
- Business Scorecard Development and Tracking:
- Develop business scorecards to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) for BD products.
- Collaborate with sales partners to ensure full visibility into BD business performance in the region.
- Track and analyze KPIs regularly, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Support Sales Activities in Zone:
- Support the sales team by assuming a central role in sales operations between suppliers, sales teams, and execution teams.
- Maintain the funnel and demonstrate superior sales skills during the initial phase of product launches by Product Managers.
- General Marketing Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of marketing plans by preparing market research, pricing analyses, and interpreting data for discussion with marketing leaders.
- Work with leaders to develop marketing communication plans; prepare drafts of marketing communications.
- Lead project management support and communicate plans, deadlines, and achievements to marketing leaders; work across regions with marketing teams to execute projects.
- Participate as a representative of Marketing on Value Package Introduction project teams.
- Understand the global brand strategy and align work products to that strategy.
- Document and understand marketing and sales systems and processes; collect and interpret customer satisfaction data; integrate Voice of the Customer into marketing plans.
- Learn relevant channels to support activities.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities as the marketing function representative.
- Coach less experienced marketing specialists.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Experience:
- Intermediate level of relevant work experience required.
- Knowledge of and experience using the four P’s of marketing (Product, Price, Promotion, and Placement) required.

- Translating Relevant Market Data: Collecting and categorizing customer voices and market information by leveraging appropriate research tools and techniques; analyzing research findings to identify opportunities to deliver customer solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications:
- College, university, or equivalent degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related subject required.
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

- Skills to manage complex, low volume, niche products and parts.
- Responsible for cost, on-time supplies, and quality of supplier parts.
