SoftwareOne is seeking a strategic leader to own our Centres of Excellence (CoEs) governance and frameworks, ensuring consistent, scalable, high-quality delivery. As Global CoE Framework Lead, you will drive strategy, execution and innovation, working with CoE Leads, Product and Portfolio teams, as well as Sales, and Go-To-Market functions. You will ensure services are aligned, efficient, repeatable and scalable, while fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing across regions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the CoE governance framework, ensuring clear decision-making, accountability, and alignment across portfolios
- Partner with CoE and PoE Leads to ensure services reflect business strategy, GTM priorities, and customer needs
- Manage Release Managers to guarantee timely, high-quality launches, updates, and retirements of services
- Drive adoption of standardised practices, reusable assets, and automation across CoEs.
- Foster communities of practice to encourage knowledge sharing, cross-regional collaboration, and innovation
- Act as a connector across teams and portfolios, promoting consistency, efficiency, and alignment with Sales, Delivery, and Product teams
- Coach and develop a high-performing, distributed team, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
