What a Campaign Management Specialist does at Visa:
- Leading, executing and co-developing campaign roadmap and calendar for one of Visa's key bank clients in Thailand.
- Creating campaign designs and proposals, including the campaign mechanic, offer construct, and campaign uplift and profitability calculations.
- Working with Data Science team to identify potential campaign opportunities and campaign tracking methods.
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to guide campaign strategies, ensuring relevancy and effectiveness in a competitive environment.
- Initiating a communication plan for each campaign to target the right segment, right media channel, as well as tracking and optimizing action plans along the media journey.
- Overseeing all campaign activities, managing timelines and budget, coordinating with stakeholders, optimizing resources, and proactively addressing issues to ensure campaign objectives are met.
- Initiating and engaging in discussions with partners to launch campaigns.
- Managing the campaign tracking framework, including setting up performance tracking, monitoring and optimizing campaigns, and applying lessons learned from post-campaign analysis
- Reporting regularly on campaign performance to senior management and making recommendations for future campaigns based on these insights.

Qualifications
What you will need:
- A Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or related fields. A master’s degree would be an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work as a campaign manager, marketing manager, partnership manager, or a similar role.
- Strong ability to interpret complex data and translate it into potential opportunities for campaign growth and improvement.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Experience in end-to-end campaign management, from initiation, optimization and post-campaign tracking.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible approach.
- Excellent presentation skills, including the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing.

- Proven experience in delivering growth for financial services products.
- Strong knowledge of the financial services ecosystem in Thailand.
