- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in data analytics, Trust & Safety, policy, cybersecurity, program management, sales operations, management consulting, vendor management, or related fields.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with SQL and data analysis to identify trends and make recommendations.
- Experience in content policy, anti-abuse, and reviewing online content.
- Ability working with with cross-functional partners across geographies, with strong influencing and communication skills to drive strategy and business action.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, work autonomously, define successful approaches, and proactively solve problems across cross-functional teams.

As a Policy Enforcement Manager for the Live, Cross Policy (XPOL), and New Products team, you will be part of a tight knit, global team with exposure across all of Trust & Safety’s verticals, as well as a close partnership with YouTube feature product teams. In this role, you will also oversee Operations for several products as part of our ‘XPOL’ business.

- Lead Enforcement & Operations Management for YouTube Livestream and YouTube’s “Cross Policy” workflows.
- Handle escalations with a fast turn-around time to define the best plan and provide timely updates to executives.
- Partner with teams across Product, Business Analysts, Vendor Operations, and Engineering to solve complex problems and drive innovations.
- Proactively identify automation and efficiency opportunities using data-driven strategies. Define, measure, and execute projects that result in significant process improvements.
- Review graphic, controversial and offensive video content in-line with YouTube’s Community Guidelines.
