This position is responsible for the installation and administration of assigned contracts, including triage and assignment of Network Services requests, researching and resolving request structure issues, and collection / preparation of required materials such as contract document pages, internal and external communications. Position is responsible for overall contract loading into various databases and/or source systems using multiple resources including email and direct system access. May research installation issues & develop customer specific resolutions. May include auditing contract loads for adherence to quality measures and reporting standards.
This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8am - 5pm PST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.
This will be on the job training and the hours during training will be 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PST, Monday - Friday.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Managing triage intake ques in Smartsheet, Salesforce or other system tracking tool.
- Respond to requests using internal resource systems including email, Salesforce, Smartsheet, IDX, Symplr.
- Triage requests and process, assign/ route to appropriate team for action.
- Uses pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise.
- Communicate with Care Delivery Organizations (CDO).
- Process contract terminations.
- Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet deadlines.
- Work is frequently completed without established procedures.
- Works independently.
- Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
- Must be 18+ years of age or older
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in State of California Managed Care environment - IPA, Physician Office, Hospital Administrative or other Health Care related industry
- Experience with computers and Windows based programs including Microsoft office Word, Excel, Outlook & Teams
- Experience working with SharePoint
Preferred Qualifications:
- Provider Relations or Claims experience
Telecommuting Requirements:
- Reside within the Pacific Time Zone
- Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
- Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy.
- Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $17.74 - $31.63 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
