As the Product Manager within Stryker’s Acute Care business, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how ICU solutions support early mobility, skin integrity, and interdisciplinary patient care. You will own downstream strategy for critical ICU platforms, including Z‑Series beds and Isolibrium surfaces, translating real‑world clinical insight into clear positioning, compelling evidence, and impactful sales execution. In this role, you will collaborate closely with experienced marketers, R&D leaders, clinical solution partners, and field teams to strengthen Stryker’s ICU offense across the continuum of care. You will influence how products are positioned in high‑acuity environments, support meaningful customer conversations, and ensure our solutions show up with credibility and clarity in every interaction. If you are energized by complex clinical environments, motivated by improving patient outcomes, and ready to expand your influence beyond the bedside while staying closely connected to care delivery, this role offers a powerful next step in your career.
