Responsible to support PGTR sales and marketing community within Europe.

Mission areas:
Data analytics and report building (we leverage Power BI, Fiori, and Salesforce).
Process development and continuous improvement.
Field Sales Operations by providing user trainings on M&S tools and processes, support with new platform testing and requirements development, maintain a high degree of data accuracy within the M&S organization.
Your responsibilities:
Data integrity and analytics:
- Support M&S regional organization with report building
- Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide insights on trends and solutions
- Provide proactive insights on anomalies and growing trends along with suggested solution alternatives.
- Manage monthly and quarterly forecasts and pipeline processes. Highlight and act on data gaps.
- Capture, entry, and organization of customer information, updating sales data, and maintaining records.
Process development and continuous improvement:
- Reach out to business stakeholders and develop missing processes and related documentation
- Analyze sales processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain procedures for an efficient operation of projects and supporting systems and business processes.
- Assess current business practices and develop innovative ways to improve and streamline.
- Maintain tool development schedules, raise potential issues, and suggest solutions.
Tools, training and support:
- With the business develop tool requirements to become leaner and more efficient.
- Improve adoption of current tools and continuously solicit feedback for improvements.
- Provide training and support to sales team members on the effective use of sales tools.
- Assist in answering day to day questions and solving issues encountered during the Sales and Customer success activities.

What is your background:
- Experience with SQL, dataverse or similar
- Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, or similar
- Experience with some kind of CRM/ERP system is desirable, but not mandatory (e.g. Salesforce, SAP, MS Dynamics,...)
- Soft skills - Detail oriented, analytical skills, effective communication skills, proactive approach
