The Team
Our AI & Data practice offers comprehensive solutions for designing, developing, and operating advanced Data and AI platforms, products, insights, and services. We help clients innovate, enhance, and manage their data, AI, and analytics capabilities, ensuring they can grow and scale effectively.

Work You'll Do
As a Consultant in our AI & Data team, you will bring technical, functional and project management solutions to clients with a focus on achieving a high level of performance and quality through delivery of both agile and traditional projects to provide exceptional business value to users.
You will function as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions, helping to create analytics technology solutions to meet clients' business needs. Consultants gain exposure to multiple industries while demonstrating an awareness of the full breadth of services offered by Deloitte Consulting LLP. Responsibilities also include defining systems strategy, developing system requirements, designing, prototyping, and testing custom technology solutions, and supporting system implementation.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $93,200 to $155,400.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.

Qualifications
Required:
- 2+ years of relevant analytics technology consulting or industry experience with ability to contribute to data modernization solutions
- 2 years of experience in Life Sciences Patient Services Consulting
- 1 year of experience utilizing AI platforms like Chat GPT / Grok / Anthropic to conduct research and as an aid for creating presentations and project documentation
- 2 years of experience with Patient Data platforms such as AWS, Databricks
- 2+ years experience with SQL
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
- Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred:
- Experience with Cloud using Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Experience with PySpark, Python, Scala and Java highly preferred
- Understanding of emerging technologies (such as GenAI) and advanced data architectures (ie: Multimodal data management & model design, Data Mesh, Data Fabric, Data Products, etc.)
- An advanced degree in the area of specialization is preferred
