As an Account Manager at SoftwareOne, you will play a key role in both developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers and winning new business. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate their digital transformation journey, optimize their IT spend, and adopt modern cloud and AI-driven technologies.
- Customer Development: Actively maintain and develop relationships with existing clients, ensuring continuous growth through value-added technology solutions.
- New Business Acquisition: Proactively identify and acquire new customers, expanding SoftwareOne’s market presence.
- Solution Advisory: Leverage SoftwareOne’s broad portfolio, including software licensing, cloud services, and advanced AI solutions, to advise and challenge customers' innovation, modernization, and optimization strategies.
- Sales Execution: Manage the complete sales cycle effectively, consistently achieving or exceeding targets.
- Passion for Technology: Provide guidance on software estate optimization, AI integration, cloud services adoption, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, partners, and industry experts to ensure successful customer outcomes.
