Work you'll do/Responsibilities

The SAP PP Planning Lead is a strategic role within an organization that focuses on overseeing and optimizing the entire procurement process using SAP systems. This role involves planning, coordinating, and managing the P2P processes to ensure efficient procurement operations, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.

• Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management
• Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

Qualifications

Required

• 6+ Years Experience SAP Strategic Planning: Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the organization's overall business objectives.
• 6+ Years Experience System Configuration: Expert in the configuration and customization of the SAP PP module to meet the specific needs of the organization.
• 6+ Years Experience Hands on SAP PP Module
• Ability to ensure seamless integration of the PP Module with other SAP Modules (e.g., MM, FI) and external systems
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred

• Experience working on multiple implementations
• Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities
• Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
• Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
• Excellent Written and Communication Skills
• Ability to deliver technical demonstrations

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,000 to $179,000.
