Microsoft Licensing & Commercial Management
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of Microsoft licensing programs, including CSP, EA, MPSA,SPLA, and Open Value.
- Optimize customer licensing through cost analysis, deal benchmarking, and spend optimization.
- Advise customers on the most effective licensing solutions to maximize ROI and compliance.
- Support the sales team in positioning organizations value proposition to win large and complexlicensing deals.
- Deliver Microsoft software advisory and license optimization projects.
- Conduct licensing workshops and training sessions for customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Provide licensing helpdesk support for large enterprise customers and resolve complex queries.
- Maintain 100% compliance of OEM trainings and certifications across teams.
- Administer vendor portals (e.g., PSX, Microsoft Partner Center) for updates, data validation,and user management.
- Organize vendor-funded campaigns and events (PowerDays, webinars, customer round tables)
- Enable internal teams through ongoing Licensing and Program knowledge sessions.
Program Management & Execution
- Conduct detailed program briefings and training sessions for sales and presales teams.
- Support Sales (Account Managers) in identifying opportunities, renewals, and incrementalrevenue streams.
- Maintain an active customer pipeline and track conversion from engagement to license purchase.
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and program trackers for business reviews with Microsoft and Crayon Leadership.
