Job Details
The Trainer will be the primary point of contact for new employees/ existing employees for training on Request services. He/ She will be responsible for carrying out all training activities such as new hire training, cross-training, and refresher training. The Trainer will have to work closely with several teams/departments to ensure effective training governance.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Track progression and compile/ publish collected data around learning/ knowledge/ skills.
- Build training programs to address skill gaps in employees in the form of refresher and continuous training.
- Conceptualize training materials based on the latest/ upcoming changes.
- Develop onboarding programs for new employees.
- Conduct surveys to gauge the efficiency of programs.
- Conduct PKTs monthly and publish inferences based on result analysis.
- Adhere to the training timeline as prescribed in the training timetable by the service line.
- Develop innovative training strategies, and initiatives, and build and maintain training material.
- Facilitate and handle employee training and onboarding.
- Conduct on-premises/ classroom/ virtual training.
- Review employee performance and findings.
