- Participate in ServiceNow development using JavaScript, Angular.js, REST and SOAP, SQL, and related technologies
- Support implementation and O&M practices while taking ownership of technical tasks
- Diagnose and resolve defects identified across multiple aspects of the system, including user interface, data, performance, etc.
- Collaborate with fellow functional teams, developers, and testers in an agile development environment
- Work with Government Product Owners to provide technical insight on business requirements and functional design
- 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1+ year of experience in management consulting
- 1+ year of experience leading teams in ServiceNow development
