Reporting into the Head of Marketing for India & SAARC you will develop and execute comprehensive field marketing strategies and programs that increase revenue and customer acquisition for Autodesk solutions for Architecture, Engineering and Construction for key industry segments and personas. You will focus on developing audience-centric marketing strategies, driving product and industry marketing initiatives and creating compelling marketing programs to create demand and drive revenue goals. You will be a key and senior member of the marketing team and will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical sales, digital marketing, industry strategy and partner teams to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing efforts. The role demands a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, hands-on demand generation skills and experience driving results in complex but collaborative team environment, knowing that their contributions have a deep impact on the region's results
ResponsibilitiesAutodesk is a leading provider of cloud-based construction management software solutions. We are looking for an innovative and growth-oriented Marketing Manager to drive revenue impact through strategic demand generation initiatives.
Own the local marketing strategy, planning and execution of field marketing programs and targeted campaigns to drive market penetration in SMB and Enterprise for Autodesk Construction Cloud and AEC Solutions.
Develop targeted marketing strategies for different audience segments, including engineers, designers, and builders and utilize data-driven insights to understand audience needs and preferences, and tailor marketing efforts accordingly.
Develop and implement field marketing programs, webinars, events by working closely with regional demand gen, content marketing, product marketing and sales to pursue marketing initiatives in line with regional business strategy
Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, events, and more
Measure and analyze marketing program performance, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and achieve marketing goals. Report and present monthly and quarterly marketing results and highlights for internal audience
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution
Support creation and production of value-driven content for local thought leadership and Own the localisation of campaigns and content for India
Manage relationships with diverse senior stakeholders across the organization, ensuring alignment and collaboration on key initiatives
Navigate complex organizational dynamics to advocate for marketing priorities and secure necessary resources
Work with Partner Marketing & Channel team to ensure partners execute marketing programs aligned to business priorities in Territory incl correct allocation of MDP resources along with Partner Marketing.
Manage and own respective marketing budget and local agencies
Minimum Qualification
Atleast 14+ years of experience in B2B tech marketing with experience in Volume segment.
Experience creating and executing growth strategies for businesses. Has to have understanding and experience of both Field Marketing and Digital Marketing
Proven experience creating and implementing effective marketing strategies, having demonstrated significant organizational impact
Problem solving and budget management experience to ensure optimum spend against business priorities
Has a demonstrated ability to build collaborative, trustworthy relationships across functions and geographies to achieve shared business objectives
Highly motivated, results-oriented, self-starter with strong blend of creativity and analytical skills
