At SoftwareOne, we are looking for an Associate – Support Analyst to deliver high-quality on-site support to our users, ensuring effective solutions to their technical needs while maintaining outstanding customer service.

 

How a day to day would look like in this role:

  • Provide quality service and timely solutions to user requests.

  • Lead and resolve incidents and requests across operational areas.

  • Escalate sophisticated or critical situations according to defined channels.

  • Address and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and IT component issues.

  • Respond to user queries, diagnose problems, and provide technical resolutions efficiently.

  • Availability to work on a 24/7 rotating shift schedule is required.
