How a day to day would look like in this role:
Provide quality service and timely solutions to user requests.
Lead and resolve incidents and requests across operational areas.
Escalate sophisticated or critical situations according to defined channels.
Address and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and IT component issues.
Respond to user queries, diagnose problems, and provide technical resolutions efficiently.
- Availability to work on a 24/7 rotating shift schedule is required.
