Nightwing is currently seeking a junior Communications Specialist to join and be a part of a dynamic team.
Content creation: Writing and editing content and assembling final layout for internal newsletters, executive emails, invitations, and other mailings. Identifying content for internal storytelling, as well as for the external company website
Communication calendar: Maintaining an up-to-date communication calendar and cadence, aligned with internal communications plan
Events: Planning and producing online or in-person events (such as Town Halls/All Hands), seminars, etc.
Intranet: Managing and creating intranet SharePoint sites and composing intranet content
Social media: Creating and managing social media posts, developing content and visuals for social media
Graphics: Developing graphic design products as needed to reinforce and supplement corporate messaging
Communications evaluation: Evaluating the effectiveness of employee communications and suggesting improvements
Employee engagement: Supporting internal communications processes related to employee engagement and experience
Research: Researching new solutions and tools to support communication efforts, and researching public opinion on clients
Required Experience and Education:
Must have 2+ years of applicable work experience with a BA degree, or 10+ years of applicable work experience at the minimum in lieu of a BA degree can be substituted.
