About this Role:
As a Youth Case Manager, you will meet with youth and the families of minors placed in care by DCFS due to abuse or neglect by caretakers, working to create a treatment plan with the ultimate goal of permanency. Helping to identify individual goals and service needs, you will coordinate wrap around services in the community, and assesses the client and family progress. Meeting with youth clients 1-3 times a month, family members once a month, you will also observe family visitation once a month. You may provide transportation for visits, doctor appointments, or other meetings with the client, legal team, DCFS team, or family.

What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree OR
- CWEL licensure preferred
- Valid State Driver’s License and automobile insurance.
- If relocating to Illinois – IL driver’s license MUST be obtained within thirty (30) days of hire
