QUALIFICATIONS

Description for Candidates

This internship provides hands-on experience in enterprise digital transformation, focusing on AI Agent development and data-driven automation. Interns will work on real solution building, assist in engineering tasks, and collaborate across teams to support project execution.

Key activities include:

• Supporting the design and implementation of AI Agents (workflow automation, prompt pipelines, or tool integrations).
• Participating in data preparation, analysis, and visualization.
• Assisting with MCP server setup, environment configuration, or internal tool integration.
• Contributing to documentation, testing, and iterative optimization of AI solutions.

Qualifications and Competencies Required Skills

• Basic programming skills, preferably Python.
• Hands‑on experience or interest in building AI Agents (Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot, LangChain agents, or similar frameworks).
• Ability to work with data analysis or visualization tools (Pandas, Power BI, Jupyter Notebook, etc.).
• Understanding of LLM‑based application development (prompt design, workflow orchestration, or tool integration).
• Strong learning ability and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI automation tools or enterprise digital platforms.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred) or enterprise integration services.

1. Participate in AI Agent design, implementation, and optimization.
2. Support data analysis, visualization, and digital automation tasks.
3. Complete assigned tasks under mentor guidance and deliver routine progress updates.
