QUALIFICATIONS
Description for Candidates
This internship provides hands-on experience in enterprise digital transformation, focusing on AI Agent development and data-driven automation. Interns will work on real solution building, assist in engineering tasks, and collaborate across teams to support project execution.
Key activities include:
- Supporting the design and implementation of AI Agents (workflow automation, prompt pipelines, or tool integrations).
- Participating in data preparation, analysis, and visualization.
- Assisting with MCP server setup, environment configuration, or internal tool integration.
- Contributing to documentation, testing, and iterative optimization of AI solutions.
Qualifications and Competencies Required Skills
- Basic programming skills, preferably Python.
- Hands‑on experience or interest in building AI Agents (Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot, LangChain agents, or similar frameworks).
- Ability to work with data analysis or visualization tools (Pandas, Power BI, Jupyter Notebook, etc.).
- Understanding of LLM‑based application development (prompt design, workflow orchestration, or tool integration).
- Strong learning ability and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AI automation tools or enterprise digital platforms.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred) or enterprise integration services.
