As our new Sales Operations Specialist, you will support the end-to-end Microsoft sales process by driving renewals, preparing quotations, and supporting account teams. In this role you will ensure smooth operational workflows, timely service delivery, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and deal margins throughout the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily customer requests, RFQs, and supplier interactions within agreed SLAs
- Drive proactive renewals, obtain pricing from Microsoft, and prepare quotations and offers
- Oversee the full operational process for Microsoft agreements (Enterprise, MPSA, SPLA), including renewals, additional orders, and administrative tasks
- Support purchase administration such as backorder management, invoicing issues, and order processing in CRM (Navision a plus)
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers to support purchasing, delivery, and customer-related operations
- Build strong customer relationships, handle daily communication with HQ and suppliers in English, and prepare cost estimates for licensing and services
