At SoftwareOne we are searching for a dedicated Microsoft Security Solution Sales Specialist to join our team in Paris, France. Join our team to help organizations secure their Microsoft 365 and Azure environments!
You’ll leverage SoftwareOne’s Security services and Microsoft Security solutions such as Sentinel, Defender, Entra ID, Purview… to deliver cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise and support the sales teams across France throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial exploration to the development of solutions and proposals.
- Identify customer needs in cybersecurity and propose tailored Microsoft solutions in close collaboration with sales colleagues.
- Proactively take responsibility for finding opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional products or services to existing customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team to establish strategies and initiatives to increase customer happiness and revenue.
- Develop an understanding of our customers' needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to manage and grow the pipeline and forecast visibility using our CRM tool.
- Maintain accurate data across sales cycle stages.
- Collaborate with technical teams to build customized offers.
- Support pre-sales activities: qualification, presentations, RFP responses.
- Ensure project follow-up and customer satisfaction.
