What you will do:
- Manage New Product Introductions effectively
- Develop and execute state of the art promotional and educational programs
- Drive price and product mix to maximize sales and profitability
- Develop and maintain relationships with surgeon champions and KOLs
- Standardize and implement sales and marketing best practices across geographies
- Play an active role in the IBP process as appropriate
- Take responsibility for demand generation and forecasting accuracy
- Partner with Education Team to deliver best in class sales force training
- Drive and influence sales force focus, effort and results
- Be the market subject matter expert for the Endoscopy products, understanding market trends, competitive intelligence, product performance and evidence requirements
What you need:
- Bachelor’s degree: MBA preferred
- Minimum 7–10 years of professional experience, including at least 3–5 years as a Product Manager in the medical technology, pharmaceutical or related industry
- Business results focused
- Fluent in Polish and English
- Highly developed and effective influencing and communication skills
- Self-starter
- Demonstrates strong empathy with Customers, Colleagues and Staff
- Problem solver
- Prepared to take ownership
- Results orientated
- Passionate about Endoscopy
- Works well under pressure
