We are looking for an M365 Support Consultant who will provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting of modern cloud solutions. In this role, you will work with global clients, solve challenging technical issues, and contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver L2 and L3 support for Microsoft 365 environments and resolve complex technical incidents
- Fixing configuration for core M365 services (Entra Id, Exchange Online/Hybrid, SharePoint Online, Teams, Security & Compliance, Intune, Power Apps)
- Develop and maintain clear technical documentation and operational procedures
- Participate in technical workshops, internal knowledge sessions and occasional customer meetings
