- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience working on consumer cameras.
- Experience in Python or MATLAB.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- Experience in C++, Machine Learning (ML), browser based tool development.
- Knowledge of CMOS image sensors, chip design, factory production process.
- Understanding of ISP pipeline architecture and individual algorithm blocks.
- Understanding of Auto White Balance (AWB) and Auto Exposure (AE).

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Work on product Image Quality (IQ) tuning, Optimize camera Hardware/Software for the best possible overall performance.
- Develop Software, Tools for test automation, tuning, or other tools for improved productivity and quality, including ML assisted tools.
- Manage ISP pipeline related work, IQ benchmark, architectural review, evaluation of individual algorithm blocks.
- Work cross-functionally with hardware, quality assurance, and other cross-functional teams throughout the product development cycle.
