DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented Production Associate – Level II - to join our team specializing in Manufacturing at our facility in Mineral Point, WI, US.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:  

 Protecting people and equipment by proactively identifying hazards, stopping work when necessary, and consistently modeling safe behaviors that strengthen a strong HSE culture.

 Ensuring environmental responsibility through careful operation of equipment and actions that reduce waste, spills, and other negative environmental impacts.

 Maintaining consistent product quality by following standard work, SPC, poka-yoke, and visual standards while raising issues early to prevent defects and reduce cost.

 Catching and containing problems by performing diligent inspections and immediately identifying, reporting, and controlling non-conforming material.

 Meeting customer and production expectations by operating manual and automated equipment accurately, efficiently, and at the required cycle times to achieve daily goals.

 Supporting equipment reliability through routine housekeeping, operator care tasks, and collaboration with skilled trades to keep machines running safely and effectively.

 Contributing to a strong, collaborative team by communicating clearly with peers and support staff, sharing information, and promoting a culture of mutual support.

 Driving continuous improvement by engaging in training, offering suggestions, and participating in activities that enhance safety, quality, productivity, and workflow.

Education, Licenses, Certifications/Experience: 

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations. 

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. 

Requires some work experience and intermediate level knowledge obtained through training or on-the-job experience.
