Our 10-week Summer Internship Program, kicking off in June 2026, offers you the opportunity to delve into the dynamic world of client services within a global investment firm. Real Work, Real Impact – Tackle meaningful projects and gain insight into client services at a global investment firm
You will be responsible for:
Develop and execute sales plan strategies with the primary focus of prospecting new business
Identify sales opportunities and advisor needs, cross-sell ideas and introduce new concepts
Develop asset allocation strategies based on client objectives and risk tolerances
Analyze regional/product sales trends within participating broker/dealer firms and among individual financial advisors
Work with various departments/individuals within the organization to provide ‘Best in Class’ service to our financial advisors
Handle daily administrative tasks to ensure maximum business efficiency, i.e. update and maintain contact management system
Leverage analytical tools as an added resource to internal/external partners in developing portfolio construction ideas
Complete internship with a better understanding of the Asset Management industry, specifically distribution
Minimum Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program and be a rising Junior graduating by summer of 2027
Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
Basic understanding of mutual funds and financial markets
Understanding of investment advisor relationships
Strong analytical skills
Comfortable working with technology
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to work in one of Invesco’s offices where the program is available
Preferred Qualifications:
Working towards a college degree in Finance, Economics or a business discipline major preferred
Creative problem-solving and analytical thinking
Agility in managing shifting priorities and thriving in dynamic environments
