Our 10-week Summer Internship Program, kicking off in June 2026, offers you the opportunity to delve into the dynamic world of client services within a global investment firm. You’ll learn from seasoned professionals, gain hands-on experience, and build connections that will last a lifetime.

As part of our Summer Internship Program cohort, you’ll participate in orientation, networking events, development workshops, and volunteer activities. You’ll work side by side with talented teams to learn about the business and contribute to meaningful initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program and be a rising Junior graduating by summer of 2027 

• Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale 

• Basic understanding of mutual funds and financial markets

• Understanding of investment advisor relationships

• Strong analytical skills

• Comfortable working with technology

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Must be able to work in one of Invesco’s offices where the program is available 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Working towards a college degree in Finance, Economics or a business discipline major preferred

• Creative problem-solving and analytical thinking

• Agility in managing shifting priorities and thriving in dynamic environments
