We are seeking a Support Analyst 7×24 (Monitoring) to supervise system performance, detect incidents early, and ensure service continuity for our customers. In this role, you will work closely with technical teams, follow established procedures, and contribute to maintaining a resilient and highly available environment.
What you’ll do
- Proactively monitor systems, applications, and services to detect performance issues or outages before they impact users.
- Use monitoring tools to track availability, health, and key performance indicators.
- Perform initial analysis and root-cause identification for alerts and incidents.
- Escalate incidents according to established procedures and ensure clear communication throughout the process.
- Document events, actions taken, and outcomes within the ITSM tool.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous service improvement.
- Provide 24×7 operational support following shift schedules.
- Contribute to maintaining a stable, secure, and highly available environment.
