We are seeking a Support Analyst 7×24 (Monitoring) to supervise system performance, detect incidents early, and ensure service continuity for our customers. In this role, you will work closely with technical teams, follow established procedures, and contribute to maintaining a resilient and highly available environment.
What you’ll do
Proactively monitor systems, applications, and services to detect performance issues or outages before they impact users.
Use monitoring tools to track availability, health, and key performance indicators.
Perform initial analysis and root-cause identification for alerts and incidents.
Escalate incidents according to established procedures and ensure clear communication throughout the process.
Document events, actions taken, and outcomes within the ITSM tool.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous service improvement.
Provide 24×7 operational support following shift schedules.
Contribute to maintaining a stable, secure, and highly available environment.
