What You Will Do

• Repair and test electronic and mechanical Stryker devices to manufacturer specifications.
• Complete annual checks, calibrations, and preventive maintenance activities onsite in line with regulatory requirements.
• Install Stryker systems and perform hardware and software upgrades at customer locations.
• Document all service activities accurately to ensure full traceability and compliance.
• Support internal and external customers by delivering technical assistance and training.
• Manage your service schedule in coordination with Customer Service to meet service contract commitments.
• Action product recalls, field safety notices, and field action requirements in collaboration with regulatory teams.
• Escalate service opportunities, product issues, and customer insights to relevant internal teams for follow‑up.

What You Will Need

Required

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Medical Electronics, Electrical, Electronic, Telecommunications, Mechanical, Software, Medical Physics, or a related technology field.

• A valid driver’s license is required.

Preferred

• Experience in medical electronics, healthcare technology, or a hospital environment.
• Experience using administrative and technical IT systems.

Additional Information

• This role requires regular travel within the assigned region.
• Work takes place across varied environments, including workshops, hospitals, and operating theatres.
• Electrical licensing in New Zealand is required based on the electrical work performed.
