- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience leading multi-month, cross-functional projects, and working with internal/external stakeholders and partners or customers.
- 6 years of experience with Python and C++ software development, architectural components, and system design.
- Experience in Machine Learning (RAG, fine tuning, prompt engineering, etc.), web technologies and technical troubleshooting.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in managing internal/external stakeholders.
- Experience working with partners (PM, Engineer) to design and implement technical solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Lead technical integration and launch of new partner integrations within Gemini, ensuring a frictionless partner and user experience. Improve existing partner/user experience and grow user value.
- Contribute to the evolution of Gemini through Large Language Model (LLM)-based solutions/processes (ex: tools / colabs) for partner schema ingestion, data preparation and quality iterations (prompt engineering, running evals, loss bucket analysis, Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) data points).
- Influence product strategy and work with cross-functional teams to bring partner-facing features to market.
- Advocate seamless partner and user experience and advocate for user and partner success with engineering and product teams.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and latest machine learning research, tools and techniques.
