  • Set the technical and architectural direction for partner experiences in collaboration with engineering leaders to ensure long-term scalability and platform leverage

  • Translate market dynamics, competitive intelligence, and emerging trends into strategic shifts that keep Expedia at a competitive advantage

  • Influence senior and executive leadership through data-backed narratives, well-structured frameworks, and crisp decisions that guide resource allocation

  • Resolve high-stakes cross-functional challenges and orchestrate alignment across engineering, design, commercial, and marketing at an organizational level

  • Lead innovation and AI/ML-powered capabilities that unlock new value for partners and travelers at scale

Success Metrics & Impact Measures

  • Growth in booked GBV attributable to partner product initiatives

  • Successful delivery and adoption of AI/ML or personalization features that generate measurable traveler and partner value

  • Execution of multi-year roadmap milestones with measurable impact across multiple products

  • High stakeholder satisfaction and improvements in cross-functional alignment

  • Increased partner engagement, retention, and contribution to business objectives

  • Improvements in traveler conversion and engagement metrics tied to product enhancements

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or business-related field, or equivalent professional experience

  • 10+ years of product management experience with a Master’s degree, or 12+ years with a Bachelor’s degree

  • Strong background in product management for new product development, monetization, B2B/B2C, and AI/ML

  • Demonstrated success delivering high-quality, commercially viable products

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong product vision, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability to define KPIs, extract actionable insights, and drive innovative solutions

  • Excels at prioritizing and managing product backlogs in matrixed environments, driving clarity and focus
