For our new created Org-structure in South Africa, we’re seeking Kitroom Coordinators within our Loan Kit Operations team for our site in Port Elizabeth (South Africa). In this role, you’ll play a pivotal role in the end-to-end return, inspection, assembly, replenishment, and shipment of customer loan kits – across short-term consignments, demonstrations, education, and long-term consignments. You’ll ensure our kits are complete, compliant, and ready for patient-impacting procedures, while supporting continuous improvement, throughput, and “best-in-class” customer experience.

  • On a daily basis, you’ll receive, categorize, and organize returned kits according to franchise and instrument/implant type.

  • Inspect sterile and non‑sterile kits for tray accuracy and complete documentation, promptly escalating any urgent issues or discrepancies.

  • Pick and prepare kits for shipment in priority order (same‑day, international, remaining), ensuring accuracy, correct paperwork, and close coordination with the warehouse team.

  • Conduct physical quality checks of instruments and implants, support complaint and non‑conformance investigations, and generate accurate billing information for invoicing.

  • Replenish incomplete kits, seal/wrap kits for shipment, process Sale‑or‑Return items, and complete put away tasks.

  • Assemble kits according to BOM (Bill of Materials) for loaner, long‑term consignment, demo, and education use; ensure correct storage and readiness for dispatch.

  • Manage kit lifecycle activities in ERP, including builds, shipments, returns, inspections, decommissioning, conversions, RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) updates, and handling of exceptions (late/lost deliveries, repairs, defective items, missing parts, quality returns).
