Join us as a Senior Client Executive (High Tech) in Sweden where you get the opportunity to work closely with a Sweden-based, global Telecom customer leveraging our digital solutions to deliver innovation from concept to consumer AND you get a chance to work closely with the leadership to orchestrate execution of the global HighTech strategy, in Northern Europe.

Role Description and Responsibilities
  • This is a mixed and dynamic role, combining typical “hunting” and “farming” elements and we are looking for a self-motivated person who can handle working both long- and short term goals 
  • One part of the job will be to work closely on a Sweden-based, global Telecom customer. Focusing on collaboration with our matrixed internal teams to continue building relationships across the clients’ global ecosystem and support their enterprise business transformation. This will require ability to create and maintain senior level stakeholder and trusted advisor relationships with the client
  • The other part of the job is to ensure a long-term and healthy growth within our HighTech industry across Northern Europe; identifying potential clients, analysing market trends and fostering relationships that enable sustainable growth. This will require ability to translate the global strategy into actionable regional go-to-market plans
  • This role will offer a high level of flexibility and accountability to orchestrate the day-to-day work as appropriate
  • Meeting objectives against plan will be a combination of addressing both the key account but also growing the overall business across an installed base of 200+ accounts and an even larger whitespace. To achieve the latter, we offer an ecosystem of partners, resellers and colleagues ready to execute on the go-to-market plan 
Qualifications/Experience
  • MSc in Engineering (any Engineering discipline) or Business/Economics, or equivalent
  • Proven, successful experience in complex Software Solution Sales, Consulting or Account Management; demonstrating value selling approaches
  • Proven High-Tech industry knowledge is key; however, experience with large global Mobile, Telecom customers is is advantageous
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills will accompany strong business acumen and proven ability of managing complex and multi-dimensional sales initiatives
  • Fluent in Swedish and English languages is essential 
  • Experience from PLM, Simulation or ERP is a plus
