- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory experience or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- 3 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
- 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in structuring and executing analyses and programs in a fast-paced evolving environment.
- Experience in resolving ambiguous situations with clear insights and recommendations.
- Experience with executive-level engagement as a business, operational, and strategic thought partner.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to write and convey issues clearly.
- Excellent team player with the ability to execute cross-functionally across a variety of teams and role types.
- Excellent problem solving and project management skills across multiple projects.
