About the teamThe Global Sales Operations Team has a unique culture that is fast paced, collaborative and innovative. This role will support our global Sales Enablement Manager in facilitating and coordinating sales enablement, events, and onboarding programs. The successful candidate will support the organization and management of learning content, coordination and scheduling of events, and compilation of sales enablement metrics. As needed, this role will support the tactical day-to-day requirements of maintaining the Kinaxis Sales Enablement offering.
What is Sales Enablement
Sales enablement is the alignment of coaching, training, content and technology that helps Sales professionals onboard, improve and expand their hard and soft skills, and ultimately increase their selling success. Sales enablement outcomes include increasing productivity, driving a business impact that can be measured, and generating and delivering training programs that are meaningful and results focused.
This is a full time, 4-month position, starting January 2025.
What you will do- Create content for sales enablement making use of modern content creation technologies.
- Helping with the tactical execution of tasks that support the build of our Enablement and Onboarding programs and delivery of Sales Academy events
- Execute on any required responsibilities that are needed by the Sales Enablement Manager for logistics, administration, and operational support for Sales Onboarding
- Outreach and communication with cross-functional partners as required
- Pull reports on business impact metrics tied to programs and make changes as needed
- May perform other projects as assigned
- Self-starter who will quickly learn our systems and processes, bringing a positive impact to the team within 4-6 weeks
- Completion of at least 3rd year studies in Business, Sales, Market Research, Graphic design (or equivalent)
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver with a sense of urgency
- Strong attention to detail
- Good collaborative skills and a positive attitude
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Curiosity, interest, and desire to learn how an Enterprise Software company operates
- Potential to identify opportunities in our operations to improve and create efficiencies
