- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience with System on a Chip (SoC)/IP architecture and validation, embedded silicon software, system definition and implementation.
- 8 years of experience in people management developing employees.
- Experience with SoC product life-cycle, tools, processes, and operations planning.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience and knowledge of Linux, Android, performance, and power optimization.
- Knowledge of interaction types between hardware and software for different types of standard hardware blocks, central processing unit (CPU), and accelerators.
- Independent and resourceful team lead who loves problem-solving.
In this role, you will lead the global Silicon Software Product Delivery team with focus on delivering features spanning multiple software modules/System on a Chip (SoC) sub-blocks, productivity platforms and test suite/automation. You will be involved in managing Tech Leads/Managers and Engineering Managers across three functional areas product software.
