- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in program scoping, planning, creating and managing integrated schedules, setting milestones and program tracking.
- Experience on portfolios of projects and work-streams, and with owning overall program strategy, governance, operating model, and program operations.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Ability to navigate multiple work-streams, functional/technical concepts, and conversations across different areas and stakeholders to drive collaboration and consensus.
- Ability to work with engineering, product management, UX, and other partner teams.
- Ability to lead/contribute to, and implement leading practice program management methodologies and processes.

- Design and deliver predictable program communication plans in collaboration with program stakeholders, including communications by stakeholder type.
- Determine phasing and metrics associated with program life-cycle that address continuous improvement including Resource Stewardship (effective deployment of machine and people resources) in collaboration with program stakeholders, including near- and long-term objectives.
- Determine and collect data required to execute and govern programs, maintain project trackers and status reports, identify and execute on program tasks including proactively managing dependencies.
- Execute change management requirements that are identified by program stakeholders.
- Build trusted relationships with program stakeholders, including managing expectations of program stakeholders and ensuring they have the insights they need to make effective decisions.
