- 8 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.

- MBA, Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in management consulting, business operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory.
- Experience in leading complex projects and delivering outcomes.
- Ability to identify and assess opportunities, with an understanding of their impact on business growth.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to navigate ambiguity and design creative solutions to complex challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and gain alignment among diverse stakeholders.
The Business Strategy and Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. In this role, you will play a key role in shaping the commercial and go-to-market strategy for innovative products like Smart Home, Google TV, and Android Automotive. As a strategic thinker with a generalist focus, you will:
Collaborate with partnerships teams on partner pipeline processes, agreement modeling, negotiation strategies, and new business opportunities.
Drive execution through annual planning, Objectives and Key Results (OKR) tracking, and ongoing performance reporting.

- Lead cross-functional initiatives with significant business impact, managing multiple work streams and stakeholders across different departments.
- Identify emerging opportunities and assess their potential impact on business growth. Provide data-driven insights on options, risks, and upsides to inform decision-making.
- Develop and implement creative solutions to complex business challenges, demonstrating excellent judgment in ambiguous situations. Address systemic issues to optimize processes and outcomes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with senior leaders across the organization, building consensus and driving alignment on strategic decisions. Act as a subject-matter-expert, offering guidance and support to cross-functional teams.
- Leverage data analysis and synthesis to identify actionable insights that drive business growth. Communicate findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders to inform strategic planning and execution.
