General Information:

Hitachi Energy is seeking for a Inventory Supervisor for its Mount Pleasant, PA location.

Your Responsibilities:

• Execution of cycle counting and annual physical inventory process
• Coordinating with Logistics team to schedule/manage deliveries
• Oversee warehouse activities, with a focus on receiving activities
• Reconcile daily deliveries and receipts
• Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goals are met
• Report to upper management on warehouse key performance indicators
• Investigate and resolve inconsistencies with inventory
• Ensure a safe working environment and foster strong safety culture

Your Background:

• Bachelors degree in related field (business, supply chain, etc)
• Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
• 3+ years proven experience as inventory supervisor or similar position (materials manager, etc)
• Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
• Strong knowledge of data analysis
• Working knowledge of ERP and Warehouse Management (WM) or Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)
• Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports
• An analytical mind with strong math skills
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Reliable and trustworthy
• Able to use a computer and other Microsoft office technology
