Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human resources or a related field.
- Experience using data to generate insights and translating insights into operational actions that yield positive impact.
- Proven track record of project management, delivering results, extraordinary attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands.
- Ability to be self-directed, highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency, and have active listening and critical thinking skills to enable consultative solutioning.

- Serve as the Talent Outreach SME on the assigned demographic group, providing insights to improve outreach to and inclusion of those groups in our programs.
- Understand competitive landscape as it relates to engagement of the assigned demographic group, and share learnings with the team.
- Develop relationships with internal stakeholders, including ERG leaders.
- Conduct ongoing reporting and data analysis, including but not limited to detailed tracking of event.
