Emily heads innovation and business development for Citi’s Institutional Clients Group (ICG) and works to embed innovation across ICG. In this role, she is responsible for joining and accelerating innovation efforts, including the ICG Innovation Labs, investing efforts, and electronification activities as well as identifying and pursuing future growth opportunities through both internal incubation and external startups. Given her remit, Emily is part of both the ICG management team and the Citi Ventures management team.

Previously, Emily was the head of Citi Ventures UK and co-led Citi’s internal growth engine, D10X. There, she spearheaded efforts to identify, validate, and launch new growth opportunities across ICG. Leveraging the principles of Corporate Entrepreneurship and Lean Startup, she focused on client needs around corporate innovation and was closely involved with the launches of CitiConnect® for Blockchain and ProxymitySM.

Emily has a BA in Sociology from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Columbia Business School. She is based out of London.
