Natalya Davis is Vice President at independent record label Pick Six Records. As a veteran executive, Davis has garnered wide success in the music industry in her formidable 15+ year career. She has worked on campaigns for artists including Beyoncé, J. Cole, John Legend, Maxwell and Rita Ora.

Upon graduating from Harvard College, Davis worked as a management trainee at Epic Records/Sony Music. Over an eight-year period sat Sony, she earned four promotions within the US and International marketing departments concluding her time as a global product manager at Columbia Records.

Davis has consulted with artist management companies including Turn First and Benchmark Entertainment. At Paradigm Talent Agency, she was instrumental in the development of the Artist Strategy team and featured on Billboard’s Hip Hop Power Player list in 2019.

In addition to her career in music, Davis has a Masters in Journalism from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism. She also serves as a labor doula.
