And women of color in particular often gamble their personal safety and careers to come forward when they’re on the receiving end of racist and sexist behavior at work. So how can we be better allies for one another in our shared cause of true gender equality? As a Filipina-American, a daughter of immigrants, and an immigrant myself based in Spain, I'm on a mission to facilitate inclusive conversations where DEI (diversity, equity and inclusion) advocates and allies benefit.
