MyTime empowers 2Utes to take the time they need, when they need it, and without worrying about PTO accruals, sick days, vacation days, and so on. MyTime includes unlimited PTO, holidays and other types of paid leave such as Parental, Military, and Appointment Leave.
Through the 2U Tuition Benefit Program, 2U proudly supports eligible 2Utes (and their eligible family members) in continuing their education through our graduate degree programs and short courses by reimbursing the cost of tuition.
2U provides full tuition payment to encourage employees to continue their education by participating in programs with 2U university partners and short courses with GetSmarter university partners.
